I just came across this ad in the AudioWeb Preowned Marketplace. SDA SRS 1.2's for sale, $1,000; condition mint 9/10; at a New Jersey dealer. AudioWeb listing ends December 4th, 2005. Pics look like they have stock tweeters, no oxidation on crossover panels. (Just paid $1,800 for my 1.2 TL's! Cabinets in not so good condition but with silk dome tweeters.)

    It's a scam. I called and told him I'd drive down there with cash. He said he shipped them to his shop in Indonesia. He'll accept 50% deposit and the balance upon delivery...yeah right. I told him my brother will be there on X-mas vacation, he said to send 50% to hold them....yeah right. I told him I'd like to use an escrow service, he said to send 25%.....yeah right. Notice too that he has a lot of high end stuff and good prices.....all in Indonesia. SCAM SCAM SCAM....don't be tempted.
