not really overly urgent, but i am about to pour myself i nice hot cup of coffee before i relax and then go to bed. tucson arizona finally got a cold snap today. wow, may reach 33 degrees tonight. wowsers. i know, you east coasters are rolling your eyes. anyway, i've got a bottle of BAILEY'S irish creme in the fridge that is about 10 months old. don't ask why it has gone undrunk. anyway, it was opened 10 months ago. is it still good???

    If it doesn't curdle in your coffee, you should be okay.

    Alcohol is always good, it just depends on your level of commitment.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    I also had a nice coffee with Bailey's last night. I've never really seen Bailey's go bad, dsepite the knowledge that it CAN. Maybe I just always drink it first.

    i found that this sort of drink does go off as it has a dairy product in it, and bailey's can go a bit sour

    just wonderful. not the best concoction for a lactose-intolerant such as myself. dairy products are a hit and miss for me. sometimes i have no prob whatsoever and other times it jacks me up good.
