    Shack, thanks for the link. Among the thousand or so classical CDs that I have are several guitar collections, but I wasn't familiar with Vidovic's work. From the sound clips on the site she clearly has an impressive technique and I'll have to consider a CD.

    My own view is that Spanish rhythms and melodies, whether originally written for the guitar or not, are especially well-suited to the instrument, and are favorites of mine. Anyone interested in exploring the area would do well to get this superb Bream Recital which concentrates on Albeniz and Granados. Great playing, fine sound, bargain price(no shipping charge this weekend; otherwise none if over $20).
