Why oh why am I in pain?

Aside from the fact that I'm getting married in one week :D

I don't know what it is, but the last two days my abs and back have been sore. Also, every once in a while I'll get a sensation that my abs are very warm and I'll get a few small, sharp pains in the muscles. It's pretty bizarre. I don't feel sick at all, but this is really starting to bug me. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary to cause my muscles to be all sore.

I'm not one to go to a doctor, but if this doesn't shape up I might.

Anyone have any ideas?

You're svelt, deal with it. My abs hurt too, but unlike you, I don't have a six-pack, I've got a full keg.

Turkey day maybe? Lots of sex recently, in a certain K-9 pose?

Just make sure it isn't an appendix issue, other than that, if you are moving your bowels regular-like, it's probably nothing to loose any sleep over.

Sounds like she gave you herpes. Don't worry though, I've seen the Valtrex commercials and people with herpes have very active lifestyles, they kayak and kickbox and all sorts of crap.

is it muscle soreness? if not muscles.. then it could be something like gall stones.. those can be painful when they happen. and that would be in your abs.

It might be nothing. See if it gets worse or more frequent.

Or try to fly with the bird that doesn't bring you any kids, the swallow...

You might as well try to get all you can now, 'cause that well will run dry, too. :D

    Good luck, kid...

go to the doctor. It's possible you pulled a muscle in your sleep.
Maybe it's stress before the big event? It's not uncommon and stress can cause physical complications. Take it from an Epilepdic.
