Just had my Zeppelin DVD out recently and was really impressed with the Knebworth stuff again. I have an old audience audio bootleg and the recording was always rather average. The Knebworth shows were never too exciting for me. The press absolutely panned them at that time. I think the first show came off much better than the second show.

What's your favorite part of the disc? Or...What's the most suprising part of the DVD? I've seen all the video footage before on bootlegs (very poor quality most times). I also own all the audio recordings which were pretty good. For me Royal Albert Hall is my favorite and Knebworth is the most suprising considering the bashing it has taken over the last 25 years.

"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass Pass Labs XA25 | EE Avant Pre | EE Mini Max Supreme DAC | MIT Shotgun S1 | Pangea AC14SE MKII | Legend L600 | BlueSound Node 3 - Tubes add soul!

Alright then, I will add that this DVD really made my R40s sound good. Now, I know a lot of people don't think they can sound good, but man alive, its one of the best discs I've put through that system to date.
