DENON DRA-425R display and tuner non-functional

I just bought this receiver used from a guy, tested it out at his house and everything worked fine. I bring it home and the display remains blank, and the tuner doesn't work at all. Everything else still works, and the LED on every function works, just not the display or tuner. I don't have a clue what's going on, the tuner and display were flawlessly working an hour before. I didn't drop it or anything on the way over, and the original owner doesn't have a clue either-and he seems pretty trustworthy.
