Luxman Lv-105 Hybrid tube/ss integrated

One of these popped up on ebay right down the street from me. I remember selling these, but really can't recall any attributes. I've always wanted to get one and see if the hybrid design was more gimmick or more neat idea.

Anybody have any experiences with this or the other LV models. I've heard maintenance and parts can be on the non-existant side. Doesn't look like tube rolling is done easily.

Any comments/experiences appreciated. If the $$$ stays reasonable I may consider it. Local PU is always the way to go.
