I had an issue with the keyboard on my laptop where the spacebar would sometimes not work. Also the keys sounded like they were sqeaking when depressed. So I called HP tech support and they arranged for Fedex to pick up my laptop at my house the next day. They shipped the laptop priority overnight to california, replaced the keyboard, and sent it back to me overnight. Overall, it only took 3 days to be fixed and back in my house.
They were extremely fast in fixing my laptop and they also updated my bios to the most recent version too.
A++ to HP for a great job.

My uncle has one of their computers. Outstanding values. It will be my next pc whenever my Dell gives out.
