A brand new pair of Cherry RTi4's http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5828787722&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

With shiping I paid $215, when I could of got them for $260 shiped brand new from Crutchfeild. While $45 isnt that big of a deal it does add up. :)

Now I just gota figure what to do with them.. I planed on RTi6's for my rears. Will 4's and 8's up front make a good combination?

This is an excellent time for sellers, bad time for bidders...

Mainly because this is "crunch time" and people will pay some odd amounts for very common items...

I need to list my "little" center on EBay.

    Anyone ever notice this site?

    http://www.ayselectronics.com

Do a search for Polk. All of the prices are cheap, but they seem to be giving away the RTi4's and RTi6's.

I know they are not authorized, but neither is Ebay, and they are a legit site, I have a friend that ordered a reciever from them. It took them a month to deliver, but he did recieve it.

Some of their prices are really good i.e. Polk.

But some of their prices are outrageous - take a look at the HK receivers...

They're just a few miles up the road from where I work...

How legit is this place? I have been looking for some Atrium 55s and this place has the best eBay price I have found by $65. Anyone else have experience with them?

Does it have an actual store front or is it a big warehouse type distributor? Thanks.

The RTi4 prices of $90/pair look too good to be true. They sell Monitor 30s for $70/ea.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO

A lot of the Polk prices seem to good to be true, that's why I wondered if anyone had ordered Polks from them.

Like I said, a friend of mine ordered a reciever (about a year ago) and he did recieve it, but it did take a month (at least) for delivery, and they had claimed it was in stock when he ordered. So obviously their customer service is not the best.

    According to their FAQ page,
    FAQ wrote:
Your prices are so low. Are your products new?
Yes, all products are new in the factory sealed container None of the items on this site are refurbished or "display models". All come with full warranty.

    Are all items available now?
Most all items are shipped direct from manufactures or distributers. That is why we can have great prices for you. If the distributer is out of stock we will notify you via e-mail when the item can be shipped. Mitsubishi and Bose takes 2 weeks to arive to our location first and then we ship to you with tracking number.

Claiming items come with "full warranties" and most are "shipped directly from the manufactures or distibutors" it would sound like they would have to be authorized dealers and doesn't sound like they have a warehouse type business. But with the prices on Polks you still have to wonder how?

Jerry, keep in mind that they are NOT authorized Polk dealers, go to "dealer locator" at the Polk main site. They are not listed as an online vendor.

For the price they want for the RTi4's, I wouldn't care that there is no warranty, but if you are looking for more expensive models you need to consider that.

Well I am a man of my word. I went ahead and ordered a pair of Rti6's and Rti4's from the above site. Lo and behold i get an email about an hour later stating that "We're very sorry to inform you but the items you've requested are priced wrong. The price is for each instead of a pair as listed." Which is still not bad at all, but i went ahead and cancelled.
