So, you told your friend that your supervisor was slandering your friend? And you got in trouble for that?

i would like to know how you are setup to fail a lifeguard test. Either you pass a test or you don't. Were you not paying attention? That's the only way I know to fail a lifeguard test. No offense.

we are a ellis pool and we have to use the 10 /20 standard 10 seccond to ceconise and 20 to get to the victum. and we have a test called a VAT or vigual awarness test. with you have 30 secconds to find a baby manican on the botom of your pool. now when i rotated out the person who was also slandering my freind along with the superviser on duty said to me the botom of your pool is clear and they stufed the dummy in a blind spot that is not visible from 2/3 of the pool

don't worry, you'll do fine, now that you know there is a small blind spot there. They were just trying to make a point.

yup. that's more complicated than most of the practice drills i've done, at least for indoor pools (beaches are another beast altogether) ~ sounds like you should go to your boss and iron out some differences. Sorry If I seemed overly critical in my earlier post.
