Does anyone know about how FedEx treats their employees? I have a chance to work part time with them shuffling boxes and the only thing I've heard is they have great benefits....

I never did that kind of work before and I'm looking for something to hold me over for awhile. I guess I could get an inside look at how all our stereo gear is getting treated.....lol.

I am not aware if part timers get benefits.?
The pay is ok, work is hard.

i knew a dude who worked for fed-ex, he was a delivery truck driver. he seemed happy enough...enough to feel he needed more cash on the side (but how many of us don't). anyway, he got caught for satellite piracy and it tarnished his record. dunno how it affected his job, but fed ex re-located him vs. firing him. good or bad?

My neighbor just went to work for Fed-Ex about 3 months ago, he does not like his job.

I heard for part timers there are great benefits, whatever that means and this particular job has something to do with boxes and a conveyer belt.

I'll go talk to them tomorrow to see more about what it involves.

Hey, it's a part-time job. Grab it and see what it is like. Part-time jobs are ones you take for a few extra bucks, too much free time, and/or perhaps some additional benefits. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The full-time jobs are the ones that require additional thinking. Good luck.
