There's a risk in buying anything used. No warranty for one. I've bought several pairs of used speakers the last couple of years at a great savings. Ebay wasn't that place for most of them. Ebay is a sellers market. I've had no problems with any of the used speakers I've had but you never know when that may change. Worth the risk to me.
Just bid what you think they're worth to you. Being Ebay they may very well go for more than they're worth.

I've heard various strategies, but I just watch. If it's still in my price range in the last 10 minutes, I get serious. Expect a feeding frenzy in the last minute. It's a gamble, min. bid or your max.
