PSW10 and Pioneer VSX-D608 Hookup

I saw some related threads, but when I tried the recommendation it didn't work. My receiver only has a sub preout jack, no other sub outputs. I hooked a sub cable to one of the line in jacks on the PSW10 and turned the filter all the way up, but I get absolutely no output. I did turn the sub-on in the receiver, and it is powered on. Help???

Duh........I fixed the problem. My receiver only sends sub signal if in Dolby or DTS mode. Now I'm really enjoying the sub!
