Sounds like your cat needs to be fired! That mouse should've never been in the house. Years of cat ownership and I've never seen a mouse or any signs of one.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

We used an old fashioned mouse trap to schwack the invader in our house... creased him right above the brow line. SMACK!

cost: 36 cents for the trap, $1.50 for the gas to buy the trap, no more mouse **** on the kitchen counters: priceless.

Too bad it was so early in the morning. Cranking the sub would have taken care of the little pest. Sort of a home-made infrasonic device like the ones they sell in the back of Popular Mechanics to keep the bugs away.

Hmmm, interesting. We've heard a few cases of animals getting into the speakers. One customer's hamster climbed thru his port of his sub and ate the wires inside.

Wow, I had never even thought about rodents getting inside your speakers. And then I wouldn't have thought about them eating the wiring, lol. I'm sure glad that's not a problem at my house....'cause that'd make me real mad!

if it happened to me i'd hope it occured when i was powering my speaks. maybe that sucker would become one with the internal crossovers. wonder if my speakers would squeal and make squeeky noises after the fact.
