    This is world-class tube amplification. If I had an application for them, they'd be mine. You can't even touch anything new of this quality at double (perhaps triple) the price.

    I'd put my "Spanish cousin" stereo version of this basic circuit design up against anything in its class, any day. The build quality of these era Manley amps is extraordinary. The circuit layout is true art.

    If someone here doesn't grab these, it's a damn shame.

    No Cliff, it twas not I :D . I did look into it very seriously last night, but couldn't get the logistics arranged this close to XMas. If I would have had at least half of the cash right now, I would have jumped all over them, without hesitation. I could have paid the balance off well within the 8 weeks, but i would have wanted to put half down instead of only 20%.

    Got a nice luxman with tube output. Older than sin but not much tops it SQ wise. Built like a tank and a very special sound. No remote but some of the all-in-one remotes will control volume, track and power. Some scratches on top but faceplate is perfect. Something around $175 with a return policy if you don't like it... :)
