Hey guys,

anybody know the best crossover frequency for these speakers? The Polk website gives the frequency response, however, I would like to put the crossovers at the recommended frequency range. Thanks to whoever responds.

There is a switch with 2 positions if I remember right? IMO what you should do is install the speaker and not the crossover so you can change the range and find where it sound the best installed in you car? That is why they have this option. There is a car audio forum where you will find someone with the correct answer!

alright, well, I'm not sure what IMO is, but I understand what you mean by finding out what sounds best in my car. And I didn't know there was a car audio forum. thanks for the reply.

Let me add to this! I am assuming you are using the DX3000 tweeters? And what I mean by not installing the crossover is not to mount it, but do hook it up! If you are only using the DX6510 driver you will not need the crossover.
