Just leave the switch on the "ON" position 24/7 unless you're going away for a week or there's a thunder storm. When the switch is on "AUTO", the amp goes on standby after 15 mins with no signal.
How do you like the bass on your 25's? -
I have a Velodyne Dls 4000 to and with music it sounds good but with all the ajustments on the speakers and sub I found my sweet spot.I saw other post talking about the 25's were to bass-ee with other subs not the case here and i also think these speakers sound FRICK-EN good very happy with my purchase.

I'd love to hear a pair of 25's one day. I haven't heard complaints about the 25's being too bassey. This is a problem I have with my LSi9 but I don't think the 25 would suffer from this because they're crossed at 80hz and you have complete control of the sub's volume.
Enjoy your LSi's.
