I know I shouldn't be amazed because I've come to know how outstanding POLK Customer Service (Ken) is. I e-mailed him last week about getting a schematic for the RTA-11t crossover as I wanted to 'freshen' it up now that is getting close to 20 years old. Yesterday I got a large envelope....hand addressed no less with a great schematic. I also received (which I never asked for) an owners manual and 2 new poly switches. Absolutely OUTSTANDING. I haven't bought a POLK product in 18 years and to get this level of attention is so COOL. I will always be a POLK customer simply because they build a great affordable product and the CS is the best in any business.

Thank You Ken

Brock

No matter the circumstance I've presented so far, they have come through. When I first conceived of starting my home theater business, my first thoughts were to go with Polk's line up for sale and installation. My recent aquistion of used LSi7's is no different. I'll stick with Polk as long as I have speakers.

Yessir... 2nd to none is right.

Go Polk! Don't ever farm your CS out to India, or there WILL be a major revolt!

Absolutely first class in every dealing I've had with Polk CS. (Unlike my experience with so many other companies in all lines of business  )

I hear there are a bunch of High End, RARE, Vintage Reel to Reel rigs in India. I also have been informed there are lots of 2 channel pre-recorded tapes from the 50s and 60s floating around as well as a bunch of masters just begging to be played again. If they farm CS out there, Ken just might want to go ;).

Well, Ken if you go to India it better be just to visit :) . You have to come back or else there will be a revolt and we'll have to level Polk CS. So it'd be in your best interest to buy a 2-way ticket ;) .

Seriously Ken, thanks for the info and the very quick turn around time on the schematic. Now I have to get my butt in gear and get the mod done  .
