They're built really well, fairly clean and provide tons of power, what more do you need?
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

Good stuff, but for the same $$$, you open up a plethora of other options. Many of them more conventional in design and some say more refined.

I heard one at PF04, it drove all the speakers there very well. Tour2ma loves his. They have a bit different design, run very cool, you can place other gear on top of them no problem, each channel has dual outputs for biamping, one of the outputs is said to be "tubelike".

I read something about being able to hook it up a couple different ways to change the sound. I'm not sure how that works but if anyone has an idea I'm really interested in knowing more about that.....

They have high current posts (Ex:4ohm) and high voltage posts (Ex:8ohm) This can change the sound somewhat since high current is typical of SS amps and high voltage is typical of tube amps.
