I have a set of Black SDA-1C's available. Love the speakers, but I don't have the right amount of room for them. Having a big enough space for these is absolutely critical. I have the SDA cable as well and I do believe I remember seeing the owners manual. I am the original owner (1990) and these were never abused and are the black ones in excellent condition. I'd like a pair of the RTA11t (same vintage) if I can get them becouse they would be better suited to my room.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Location will help out a lot. Shipping speakers like the 1C's would be difficult, although not impossible. There are SDA seekers all over the country, so you will probably be able to sell them locally.
Also, do you have any pictures of them?

I have a black pair of RTA-11's in perfect shape with boxes I'd be willing to trade, also. Where are you located? Are you considering a trade?

P.s. Don't leave us hanging. My 11's are absolutely perfect. The grills are perfect, no dings, scratches, scrapes. Like brand new. Hmm. My fingers sometimes get pretty wrinkly after washing my car for about 2 hours. I can't imagine how much I'd look like a prune after washing a car for a month!!:D

I don't think anyone got them. The seller has not responded. His one and only post was the original listing. Unless something was worked out by PM, he hasn't sold them here. -

I'd love to get my hands on a set of 1C's or some Carver AL III's (or both) -

Yeah, another 1 hit wonder  . I was mostly joking with my original post, but stranger things have happened.
When I worked in audio many years ago. A guy brought in a Nakamichi Dragon (barely used). His wife complained it was to hard to use so he traded it even up (we gave him the Orion price) for a new Yamaha dual cassette player. After the transaction I bought the Dragon from the store. So I got the Dragon and a good commission. He wasn't interested in the hassle of trying to sell it himself he just wanted to make his wife happy.

For all those of you who get all upset when a newbie gets hammered on when they sign up to sell gear...
THIS IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WHY... -
Why? Everyone was nice and respectful, though I can say that's not the norm for CP.George Grand wrote: »

Cliff,, you make a good point, I can't argue with that.JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

Indeed it is a good point. But who would come to a Polk forum to sell a cell phone? That'd be totally different, as that person would obviously have no interest in audio or the audio-related discussion in a forum such as this.
But, perhaps he just doesn't get online a lot. I personally can't fathom that, but it could be a possibility.George Grand wrote: »

Maybe he lives in south florida and hasn't had power since Monday...
Edit: If so, the lovely speakers could be ruined. Ohh, the pain...
