Surprised anyone has any of these NIB left. I have the RTi150's and am planning on hanging on to them for a good long time. -
I already know the list price, just wanting to know what would be a good price to pay for a discontinued speaker. Also which of these would you recomend. I was thinking either rti150 front, rti100 rear, rm4600 center, or rti100 front and rear, fronts on large? Any help would be apreciated.

These should be pretty cheap now as they are discontinued long ago. I bought Rti100 for $175 each long ago. They are very good speakers. Rti150 only gets better but needs a decent amp to handle them.Main: 2xLsi15
Center: Csi40
Surrounds: 2xLsi7
Back centers: 1xcsi30
Subwoofer: SVS PB10-NSD

RTi 150's go for $500-600 used usually. You wouldn't have shipping to consider either. The 100's have the built in subwoofers if that is a consideration. Don't know anything about the center you're looking at however if you go for the 150's or the 100's the CSi40 or CS400i would match them better for a center and can usually be picked up on this forum or EBay. Wish I lived in AZ, I'd pick up another pair of 150's. I have a Marantz 7300 OSE receiver and it drives my 150's just fine. Hope this helps.

Gray, I had 150's on a marantz sr7200. Do yourself a favor and get an external amp. The difference will floor you. The bass is so much tighter and precise. And, when you are really cranking things, you don't have to worry about frying your marantz. Mine used to get kind of hot if I was blasting music for a while.

Airplay, think this would work?

I bought my RTi150s for $799 new from Crutchfield and got a $200 dollar sub for free -not a very good sub but it was free.

Would that marantz be enough power for the rti150s. I bought the rti150s for the front. rti100s for the rear and a csi5 for center but when I crank up a movie very loud they sound great until the receiver shuts off. Definitly need an amp

I use the RTi100's in the front and added a Rotel 1080. Night & Day.Michael

The RTi150s crave power. I started with a 100 watt Sony low end receiver and they seemed lifeless, switched to a 120 watt per channel NAD C370 and they sounded really good. Now I have them vertical bi-amped using a NAD C370 and an NAD C270 and they sound even better.
