Marky Mark. You live in Portland and the best you can do is Fat Tire? You live in beer Mecca, man. Good heavens. Get yourself some, rather, all the beers from the Rogue brewery. That stuff kicks Fat Tire in the nuts.

Tonight is Bacardi Limon and Sprite. Sure, its sugary, will give me diabetes, and its not too sophisticated, but then again, getting drunk ain't too swanky itself.

Gotta love working 4-10's for the 3 day weekends. Have fun getting up early tomorrow suckers. I'm sleeping in.

Aww Sami. One little drink won't hurt you man! I take an occasional drink, and I have lost 20lbs (from 285 to 265) in three weeks. Just stick to your food diet and exercise plan. :) I only do 250 crunches a day, and eat lots of beef. ;)

Drinking a nice, cold Virgil's Root Beer with my reheated supper. A nice blend of natural ingredients, micro brewed to perfection. Contains nutmeg, anise, and wintergreen. A very interesting drink. You can find it at Trader Joe's if you have one nearby.

Life is very good drinking that expensive booze! I tried it out for the first time in Atlanta back in March. Good stuff.

Aww Sami. One little drink won't hurt you man!

If it only would be one drink but for me it would need to be a dozen and then some... :)
I take an occasional drink, and I have lost 20lbs (from 285 to 265) in three weeks. Just stick to your food diet and exercise plan. :)

When you're trying to get below 10% BF you really do want to cut all excess calories. A beer is 150-200 kilocalories a bottle (although Beck's light at 90kcal is pretty decent) and that's a lot when on a strict diet. 20lbs in 3wks is a lot and you most likely have lost at least as much muscle as fat, if not more. I want to gain muscle and lose fat and that is a very hard task, both mentally and physically.
I only do 250 crunches a day, and eat lots of beef. ;)

Give those ab muscles some rest (they need it) and do other exercises as well. You will not get a sixpack any faster by doing excess crunches as there is no such thing as spot reduction.

Yeah, I do a total body workout routine every M-W-F, and crunches every day. I guess I could rest my abs on the weekend. :)

Just a suggestion but maybe crunches with added weights on Tu-Th, then light abs on Sa. That would give them time to rest and the weights would make them gain strength.

I think I'll give in tonight and get a class of Lagavulin and skip my cheat day tomorrow.

Sometimes when I reflect on all the beer I drink, I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams.
