I bought the first season on DVD a good while back, but I wondered if anyone else is into this show at all? I chose to stop buying HBO so I have to wait for the DVDs, is the 2nd season shaping up to be as hilariously funny as the first? They got a good batch of actors for this show and all of them play their roles perfectly. Funny everytime...laughed uncontrolably when I was watching it by myself the first time.

Jeremy Piven is AMAZING in this show.

Entourage Offical Website
HBO presents Entourage, the hit comedy series executive produced by Mark Wahlberg that takes a look at the day-to-day life of Vincent (Vince) Chase, a hot young actor in modern-day Hollywood, and his entourage. He's brought with him from their hometown in Queens, NY: manager Eric, half-brother Drama, and friend Turtle. The series draws on the experiences of industry insiders to illustrate both the heady excesses of today's celebrity lifestyle, as well as the difficulty of finding love and success in the fast track of show biz. Now that the boys are getting used to the perks of stardom, Eric, along with superagent Ari, keep Vince's star rising while making sound decisions for a long-lasting career in a world of fleeting fame.

Adrian Grenier ("Drive Me Crazy," "Hart's War") stars as Vince. Kevin Connolly ("Antwone Fisher," "John Q") plays Eric, Vince's closest confidant who's learning the rules of the business as he tries to help Vince make the right choices and keep his trajectory aimed high. Kevin Dillon ("The Doors," "Platoon") plays Vince's half-brother Drama, whose own acting aspirations have been eclipsed by Vince's success. Jerry Ferrara ("Grounded for Life," "Leap of Faith") plays Turtle, the house manager, who's always up for a good time. Jeremy Piven ("Old School," "The Larry Sanders Show") plays Ari, Vince's aggressive, high-powered agent, who clashes with Eric over his client's decisions.

Also appearing in ENTOURAGE is Debi Mazar ("Goodfellas," "The Tuxedo") as Vince's publicist Shauna.

I am hooked! second season finished about a month and half ago. It was even better than the first. I have them on Tivo, too bad I can't burn them into DVD.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

I don't have HBO but during a free preview I watched the whole 2nd season with Comcast On Demand. I love this show, I need to buy the first season and subscribe to HBO (even if this is the only show I watch). :D

ok, who watched episode 42 last night?

I thought it was one of the best in a while, the bunny costume on turtle almost killed me! and to watch Drama doggied her in the bunny costume almost put the show on the the top of the memorable episode so far! :)

Love the show. Watch it every Sunday. The newer seasons are good, but I think the first season tops them all. There are a lot more characters and plot developments in the recent stuff. Still hilarious and worth watching.

BTW sickicw, they do have it in HD. I suppose it depends on your provider, but I get it in HD with Comcast cable in Texas (previously Time Warner).

Phuz, I watched mine on glorious HD off DirecTV. Unfortunately my TIVO is about reaching its maximum capacity and I've been forced to delete older episodes. I wish I could burned these into DVDs.

How bout last week, Bob? Lloyd and Tom break-up? I thought it was damned hillarious too, not at the level of last night, tho. Is Lloyd a **** in real life? He is really convincing, otherwise, complete with the sobbing and what not. Great actor!

Lloyd is **** in real life, he's actually a big **** rights activist.

Last week wasn't bad. Every week has me chuckle, and vaguely entertained, but most of this season just seems more of the same old crap. I don't know if the show's gotten worse so much as I've seen everything they're doing alraedy. Plus they NEVER fail - there's no suspense about whether things are going to go bad, it just always works out for them. It gets boring. There's only so long you can beat the same schtick into the ground before it just gets tired.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
