How did the boys sound tonight????"SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

Actually, very good, reminds me of the early stones,, nothig too extreme in the way of effects or props, just good toones, you know the days when they were the best club band around, I was impressed, even with the 165.00 per ticket price , they did a version of sympathy for the devil that just blew me away, played alot of early stones, the stuff that made them famous. Very professional, strictly business,ROCK and ROLL. Ron Wood played guitar like I have never heard him play,Richards was his usual self,Watts can still keep pace, Chuck Levall was outstanding on keyboards,(Macon Georgia), placed was packed, all in all,a well thought out performance. Mick's showmanship was obivous, however each member contributed musically with their talents at a level that I had never seen before, in one word,,TIGHT.Something tells me that the way and what they played, might be the last time we see them on tour.JC approves....he told me so. Although I'm not a huge RS fan, I will admit that when I saw them in 1988(Legion Field, Birmingham) for the "Steel Wheels" tour, they were amazing. To this day, the best concert I've ever attended. They played 46 songs and for 4 1/2 hrs, and it didn't cost but $40 per ticket for pretty decent seats."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

I don't post much, if any, but I follow every day. I am very interested in renewing my long-lost audio hobby. Wife, kids, etc. I think this would work real well for a TV room that I have paired some HK equipment from about 15 years ago and my LS-90's. Throw in my old Monitor 2's and I am almost there for a simple surround system.

I'll do that - does she have extra tickets to tomorrow's game, by any chance?
-
She attends Astros games on occasion. I have it from a good source that the main reason that Hurrican Rita turned North just East of Houston was that it didn't want to be exposed to her wrath if her house got f*cked up due to the storm.
