wow, seventeen years later...

Bought my SDA SR2's in Concord, CA at the Good Guys when I was single and delivered to my apartment. Mistake! By the way, great way to meet your neighbor. To bad she didn't like music! Well couple month went by and I moved into a rental house in the country, great to be able to turn the volume up. Now seventeen years later the SDA SR2 are still working sweet! I wish I bought the larger speakers at the time, but the 155 lb speaker was large enough. Here is a link to my home speakers. Write back and let me know how you like your SDA SR2's.... :)

    Welcome to the forum!

I have a brother that lives out there on Whidbey. SO what ever happened with your neighbor? :D

EDIT: Oh, I really like my SRS 2's. They have the replacement silk tweeters and I rebuilt the crossovers with higher quality caps and resistors.

Just a snob... I was playing Van Halen, running with the devil. The volume was only at 1/4. Any way, thats passed history and happy with my polk speakers. I really like your set up. Thanks for your feed back.
