Hi guys, i am new to this forum completely. I have one question which i hope someone can help. I have a computer speaker system ( logitech z5500d ).
I was just wondering if i were to replace the excisting center speaker with the Cs1. My question is - will it work well or is it gonna be under power cos this is a pc speakers system. By the way the excisting center speaker is 69 watts.
Really appreciate your help.Thanks.

Hi Eloh, and welcome to the forum. I am not sure the power source you are using is enough to push the CS1, probably not. The specs on the wattage for the CS1 is 125w. That is almost twice your original speaker. I am not as full of info as the elder members, but I hope I helped you. What's wrong with the center that came with the existing system?

Since it is just for your cpu, look into something a like a sony or pioneer cheepy center channel. If you stay near a Circuit City, look at the open box buys and you could save a lot of money and improve your sound. Kill two birds with one stone.

Maybe i will do that. i did not hook up to my computer. Actually it is hook up to my hdtv and dvd player with the optical connection. I actually thought of the Sony SS-CN550H which is $99 at Fry's and Best buy taking into consideration that this is much of a lower end center speaker.
Anyway thanks again for your help.

If your going to spend 100 bucks on one you may as well get a CS1 off Ebay (I got one for 115 shipped)or keep your eyes on this forum there are usually alot of great deals in the flea market. :D
