FS...Denon 3805 ( 1 month old)

Here I go again...a newbie sellin stuff for a third time this month. I have a Denon 3805 bought new about a month ago maybe less from my local A/V dealer. $750 shipped. If you need pic, I can get them but it is literally new. Box/manual/ remote, original receipt for warranty purposes included. Reason for selling. I want the 3806.

    Nope I called them yesterday. They offered to put it on consignment.

    That doesnt seem fair, my dealer would let me trade up within a year..... :confused:

    time to find a new dealer, if that's a month old.. and you want the next one up.. they should either take it back or in trade.

    I had some trouble with a dealer here in town. it was 2 weeks old I wanted the model up which was only 50$ more. They told me I had to have everything, even the plastic bag the remote came in. "It has to look as if no one ever touched it" Well I never bought anything from them again.

    Bassaholic, Check the fine print on your receipt. Most stores have a 30 day return policy. I can't understand why any reputable Denon dealer wouldn't take it back within 30-days if you had the box/etc.

    Some sales guy are dick & sometimes you have to make a visit different time of the day to find a right person to talk you.
    Its not worth the trouble selling if you can return it.

    I mean, what ya pay for it (aroundish) It retails for like 1400 right? you want 750.00, how much you losing? Id fight to return it before i lost hundreds after just 30 days...

    No disrespect but **** man how much you going to lose on this, faster is right, go back to dealer and scream, rant, rave and get what you want, unless this was brought from an unauthorized dealer, they should take it back.

    Make a freakin scene in the middle of the showroom or at the CS desk. They'll take it back or trade you just to keep you from running off potential buyers that are standing within earshot of you.
