My Velodyne

Hey guys, I just got my new Velodyne DPS-12 and I couldn't believe the difference that it made. I had a 10' onkyo subwoofer that was a part of my HTIB, which sounded fine, but I'm starting to build my own home theater, and I'm starting off with the sub. I turned it up, and it felt like my house was going to fall apart, but I turned back down to a more resonable level. What I love about it the most was the clean hard bass that it put out. I just wanted to share with you guys my excitment.

I'm mainly just going to use it for home theater, so I havn't really gotten a chance to play music on it, but from the little that I have been able to use at work, it sounds great. Again, what I like about it is that it puts out good clean bass, so it souldn't take away the fedelity from the music. Hope that helps.
