That DB2122 is an awesome box and if you can fit it I would look no further for subs. Great sounding box, and looks badass too!

Speakers, check out the MMC6500 for your front stage and the MMC525 for the rear assuming they will fit.

Amps are an easy choice, just get the 400.4 for your speakers and the 500.1 for the subs and youre all set.

For head units it really doesnt matter which brand as long as its one of the main names. Kenwood, Alpine, Elcipse, Clarion and Pioneer will all be solid units and perform well. Choose on the different features you want then find the one that looks the best and fits best within your budget. The main features I look for are 3 sets of preouts with a subwoofer fader. Other than that I dont care much for all the fancy tuning and options you have. Maybe a nice 5-7 band EQ but I wouldnt mess with any time alignment or crap like that. Something like this Alpine would be all youd need but if you spend a little more you can get even more bells and whistles which will be cool to play with but you wont really need them.

As for wiring, check out Knukonceptz . They make wire thats as good as any on the market but for about half the price. You could get everything from power wire to RCA's here.

But you wouldnt even consider the momo subs at all? Not even 2 2124 in a sealed enclosure dont they hit harder than the 2 db12

If youre looking for the best SQ then get a couple Momos and stick em in a sealed box.

You've actually done an A/B comparison? The DB212 is insanely louder than two momo's in a sealed enclosure. It is rated at 103db. That's like a 6db gain.

That's like asking "How much does a car cost?" There are a thousand different factors which determine what to charge for custom work. Some people charge per job and others charge per hour. Labor rates rate from $50-$80/hour. Materials are a big factor also. If you want it finished in carpet it will be a lot cheaper than paint or carbon fiber. Look to drop at least $150 for decent kicks (carpet wrap) and at least $350 for the trunk. That doesn't include equipment of course. If you wanted (for example) a 2 piece kick painted with vinyl accents you would probably spend around $250-$350. Another factor you might want to consider is the fabricators abilities. You might be able to get away with paying for just materials if you want to donate your car as a guinea pig to an unexperienced installer. Or if you want it done right, hire a pro.
