    UT is my favorite team but being born and raised in Georgia, the Dawgs are my #2 so Im not too sad about it.

    Ringgold, Georgia. Its off I 75 right on the Tennessee/Georgia line about 10 miles from Chattanooga. When I buy a house it will be in Ringgold. I love Chattanooga but nowhere feels more like home than Ringgold. Plus its far enough out that you get that country living feel. No traffic and no crime yet youre only 10 minutes away from the big city.

    The downside is the GA state income tax, Tennessee doesnt have one. But the trade off is house payments are a lot cheaper in GA due to property taxes being a lot lower, plus houses are cheaper in GA. So it costs ya $75 a month in income taxes but you save $75 a month on your house payment so its a trade off I suppose.
