Mtx thunder for MM120

I have a MTX 2160 thunder amplifier reted at 320W RMS bridged, is that enough power to drive one MM120?
Also, I have a Memphis amp rated at 150W X 2 driving my MM465's, this amp is 600W X 1 @ 4 Ohms.
What is the best configuration for my system? Thanks.
