XM Radio and HD radio

I'm I the only one who wishes Polk (or someone) would come out with a rack ready, reference quality HD radio ready AND xm ready radio all in one unit that does NOT also have speakers or a built in dvd/cd? In other words is polk going to bring out a updated XRt12 that adds HD radio (along with output jacks to connect to my hometheater reciever?) I'd buy one in a heartbeat! The new forthcoming " I sonic" HD + XM with CD DVD and built in speakers is of no intrest to me since I already have reference speakers, cd and dvd playback in my system.
