If you install inwalls, how much sound can you hear on the other side of the wall the speakers have been intalled on.

We live in a town house, If I install inwalls on the shared walls will next door be able to hear? This would be for rears only.

Thanks

thought so, my wife mentioned inwalls, so I said I would get more info.

Plus I don't want to change from my rti4's.

Depends on when/ how the place was built. There should be a firewall between you & your neighbors. Sometimes this is brick/ cinderblock/ heavy duty and sometimes its more like 2" thick drywall. If there are any power outlets or phone jacks on that wall, pop them out & poke around back there to get an idea of what you're working with (use an refit construction box to put things back together).

The SQ is excellent. Your neighbor will be able to hear. I wouldn't...
