    <sniffle> My team... where did they go? First loss at HOME since like, '02.

    My only saving grace is goign to be the fact that the Jets will be a 6-win team, and they're STILL better than the other two AFC East teams. I remember when we were the toughest division in football. WTF.

    Let's see... around the league... Cincy's defnitely lookin like the real deal..... Denver's on a good little tear (which Plummer will blow by the postseason, and you know it, Broncos fans).... Eli Manning's finally looking good (despite the fact that I despise him and his brother).... and I can't believe Tampa Bay is still undefeated.

    The Raiders finally friggin won a game! It's about time. I have a friend that is a Cowboys fan, and I don't hate the Cowboys, but today is not going to be his day. He spends the week talking bad about the Raiders, so I will be basking in the glory of this victory all week long. :D GO RAIDERS!!!??? (I think) :confused:

    Still no love for the Colts? I can't believe no one mentioned them. Offense is now firing and they got a defense in the off season. If they keep it up there will be a trip to Detroit in early '06.

    The Colts are definitley looking like contenders this year. Hopefully for you Peyton doesn't choke like he alwyas does in the postseason.

    I don't think Peyton really chokes as much as the Patriots have just figured out that offense. I think the Colts should be able to take them out this year though. The Pats are done for the year in terms of winning another super bowl. They'll still win their division and make the playoffs, but they won't make it past the AFC championship game - you can mark me down for that pick right now...

    The "No Offense" Ravens managed to beat the lowly Jets.
    Man, it's painful here in Baltimore. Why Billick insists on keeping those **** **** QB's in there is beyond me. Bring on the 3rd stringer...PLEASE!!!! He can't do any worse. He actually had the winning drive in our preseason victory.

    Come on Lacrosse Season!!! Go JHU Bluejays!!!

    If there is one true thing about the NFL, its that certain teams just match up really well against others. Patriots over Colts, Colts over Broncos, Broncos over Chargers, etc. etc..

    That being said, it's exciting to see the Bengals winning despite those uniforms. The most interesting thing coming up is how the Patriots handle the dismantling they received by the Chargers.
