Just curious if someone can help me?

I know of someone locally that is selling a set of Klipschorns (ca. 1993) in good shape, but have no idea if he is asking a fair price. Can someone give me an idea of what a fair price range is?

I have done some google searches but can't seem to find any consistent results. Seems like they have a very broad price range.

Thanks Guys!
Dave

How much is he asking? I could then ask over on the klipsch board.

That's not bad if they're in good shape... Of course, I'd never pay that simply because the parts are readily available and the plans can be aquired since they've been around for so long.

That's about Market on them, depending on condition and finish. $1600 - $2500 is what you typically see. The last set I sold went for $2250, late 80's, walnut.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I'll just let them go. I'm not normally a Klipsch fan, but thought I might pick them up if they were a steal. They are in really good shape so if I could find a local buyer I could probably make a buck or two, but don't think I want to take the risk.

Russman, Did you spend much time listening to them? If so, what did you think of them?

Thanks for checking. I tried browsing their forum a little last night but couldn't seem to find much. Guess I'm just too used to CP.

    Thanks Again!
