Looking for a universal remote, anybody got a good one to sell?

I got a Sony DVP-NS999ES but no remote.

If not, how about some ideas on a new one.

    Never heard of something like that. So, do you have to use your computer as the 'remote', or do you just use your computer to program the remote?

    Used for about one week. I bought a Yamaha RX-V1500 the following week, and I liked the universal remote that came with it better, so I put the Samsung back in the box.

    Just my 2 cents here....I have a Harmony and cannot think there might be a remote out there that could make me happier. I can do everything I need with all the components I own....

    It is a SAM2000. I just did a search, couldn't find much info, but I did find ComputerGeeks has it for $27 shipped. That's less than half what I paid, dambit. They do have better pics:

    Hey Hoosier, I have a Harmony I would part with. I am trying to find the model #. I think I paid 90 for it and I would sell it for 50 if they have not gone down drastically since I bought it some 6 months ago.


    It's a Harmony sst-768, Looks like the lowest price I could find was 55 shipped. I will ship it out to you for 40 bucks.

    If Hoosier doesn't want it the offer is good all.

    I have a Sony AV2100 I can sell ya for 65.00 shipped. In case your not familiar with it, its a touchscreen model with all the macros and everything. I have a 999es and the remote is already set for that deck. I even programed the remote to open and close the dvd drawer. Manual is included. ;)

    Na, I put batteries in it maybe twice a year. I've enjoyed this remote but now I'm after the new 880.
