Hello Friends,

New Polkie here. Im just starting to put together a Home Theater system and was wondering if I made any wrong choices, please keep in mind that I'm no Bill Gates. I purchased 4 RT25i for my front L/R and my surronds, a 245 for the center and a PSW 250 Sub. These speakers will be getting pushed by a Onkyo 696. Any help on setting these up would help. For speaker wire, I cound not see paying the price for Monster so I picked up Acoustic Research. Did I screw up? Thanks in advance

Tony

Hi Tony, nice choice on the reciever. All my components are Onkyo and they rock. It will really be able to push the speakers you got, especially in Dolby Digital. Have Fun! ;) Scottie

...of course we all know I'm a big lamp cord fan.....Acoustic Research, Monster Cable.....6 of one...etc.

Sounds like a great setup, actually an EXCELLENT setup for HT. Should be very seemless moving around the room...

Look forward to your future posts...

    Cheers,
