A lot of the big posters have already left to make their way to MD. I'm around until tomorrow morning, leaving around 8am, should arrive around 10:30 or 11Ludicrous gibs!

I won't be hitting the road til LATE this pm. SUX!!! I'll be picking up Maz, around midnight it looks. We're gonna have to bust **** to get there with anytime left to get refreshed before the shindig."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

I wish I could have gotten away to go. One of these times.

Heh. I guess I suck then. Picking up a friend at 9 am, leaving his house shortly after that. Should put us in Polk HQ parking lot right around 11-11:30 AM. Then driving home same night, will be home by 9 pm probably unless festivities go a bit longer.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

well whoever goes I hope they have a great time. For all the others that can't make it- well- there's always next year.

Jstas- yeah, I'm driving back the same night too. Seems like we have just about the same travel time, except that I'm leaving earlier because I don't want to miss out on the tour! Hopefully I won't get home too late... I hate driving when I'm tired.Ludicrous gibs!

I went to the last one they had. They took us through every freakin process they do from inception to final product. It was awesome! We got to hear the SRT's in one of their hidden rooms too. Cool place. They even had some of the big SDA's sitting along the hallways. Oh, and of course Matt Polks rare professional cappachino machines... I guess the best part was a nice long question/answer session with the man himself.

Camera is charged and ready to go, and I have a 512mb and a 256mb card, which should be good for about 223 pictures
I'll probably get myself kicked out of my tour group, from flashing pics all the time....Ludicrous gibs! -
Oh yea, pics! I forgot my camera last time and probably would have this time if someone hadn't mentioned it.

H9"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass Pass Labs XA25 | EE Avant Pre | EE Mini Max Supreme DAC | MIT Shotgun S1 | Pangea AC14SE MKII | Legend L600 | BlueSound Node 3 - Tubes add soul! -

Picked a 1gb SD card, am bringing 2 digtals, ans maybe even a camcorder.
Had to walk over to the speakers to see what was up, and I'm sad to say that it looks as though Fry's is really trimming down the Polk line up and going into the JBL/INFINITY biz  . Anyways, I picked up a Tannoy TS10 sub.
I'll post some pics in a little while. It's a kickass little sealed 10" with a 300 watt BASH amp. Check this out http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/TS10/
I got it as a display(last one) for $159 plus tax. Whoa, it just started pouring here.
I'm bringing it with me to PFest, so if anyone thinks they might have a use for it, we'll demo it at Mark's. I would have to think it will be very musical."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,
