What is your budget? Polk subs are ok, but not that great. Outlaw has a new sub out that is pretty inexpensive and it would work well for your needs.

It is called their LFM-2 at $299. (Just a thought - not much in the way of good subs available for under $500)

I second that...the Outlaw looks like a really good sub, especially for only $299. Definitely check it out.

The Cadence XSub is surprisingly good for it's price. Haven't heard the Outlaw, but this sub compares with the Velo DPS10/12 (goes lower), is clean, punchy and has plenty of power. It's not an SVS or Hsu, but great bang for the buck @ $250 shipped.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
    Oppo BDP-83SE
