Now that I got Micah's attention... ;)

I have a question for ya... that you may or may not know the answer to (or perhaps arnt allowed to answer)...

BUT, how does DT design the Transmission line on the passive DT towers? I mean I've looked at these things over and over and over, and I just can't figure out how they did "it". It acts just like a TL, effortless, powerful bass that hardly bothers the midrange at all. Its amazing, yet they didnt even make a TL...

How'd they do it????

BTW: I really cant stand System Of A Down...

And... I thought this would be more interesting than a thread called "Micah" and a PM... who cares if its in the wrong section

Maybe Ken/Polk would know!!??

(I see Ken is browsing the thread)

    You nut.

I have no clue how they do it.

You could ask Ken Swauger, he'd know. Or, you could go over to the Def Tech website and email Chet Pelkowski, the DT Cust Serv King, who used to work at Polk, and tell him I told you to ask him, and he will tell you everything you need to know about DT. He's amazing.

Everytime I ask Chet something along these lines he just responds...

"I'm sorry, I am not allowed to reveal that information"...

So if I say Micah Cohen told me to ask you he would tell me...

    *ponders*

    Thanks!

    That's because they suck.

You don't really honestly "like" them. You just sort of don't know what else to listen to, I think. "Like" is a strong word. I don't think you should commit like that to this group. They are not so worth it.

    "Like" something more worthwhile.

I don't really wanna start this whole argument again, about this crappy band.

We spend a lot of time chatting about garbage here. I mean, we really hammer the crap to death here.

But, I guess you can only say so much about truly great stuff, and you can say lots of things about stuff that sucks.
