Dodd ELP tubed preamp

This is what got me hooked on tubes! I just bought a tubed integrated to go full blown tubes so this beautiful little guy is for sale. It's in the same condition as when I received it new just a few months ago and looks identical to this:

I can provide pictures if you send me your email address so that I don't have to resize them for downloading here.
It has 2 inputs and 2 outputs, so you can connect a sub or another amp for bi-amping. In this configuration it would cost you $500 plus shipping new. I'll sell it with the original Jolida 6DJ8 tubes for $400 shipped, anywhere in the US 48.
If you'd like a variety of tubes so you can start rolling I'll provide the following for $460 shipped.

ELP w/ original tubes
1 pair of Amperex 6DJ8 PQ A-frames (Holland, 60's vintage, test over 90%, worn lettering, awesome sounding tubes)
1 pair Siemens 6DJ8, branded CBS (West Germany, early 60's vintage, test over 90%, worn lettering, awesome sounding tubes)
1 pair of Ei Elite 6DJ8, gold pins, brand new

Want to learn more about tube amps, what does it mean by "test over 90%"? 90% of the tube's life is over??? How to determine the life time of a tube?
