adcom preamp tuner

I'm having issuses with my adcom. At low volumes one ch is lower than the other. I thought it might be the RCA connection, but even using the rear channels in stereo one is louder than another. I read somewhere that others have had the same problems. Is it a adcom problem or is it my unit. Anyone here have the same problems with their adcoms?

I don't. But call them. Their customer service is up there with Polk and Harman.
