How to connect a 4 ohm sub

Hello-
I am sure that this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything with the search button.
I have an order of Polk speakers on the way from crutchfield.com. I ordered the following:
2 RTi10 Floor Standing Speakers
1 CSi5 Center Channel Speaker
2 FXi3 Surround Speakers
On the advice from other forum members, I ordered my subwoofer from SV Subwoofers. Here's what I got.
1 SVS PB12-ISD Subwoofer
All of the Polk speakers are listed at 8 ohms. The subwoofer is rated 320 W at 4 ohms. I have a Yamaha RX-V2500 receiver, which can switch the speaker output between 8 ohms and 4 ohms (if I remember correctly).
Am I going to have a problem connecting the sub to the receiver?
Thanks in advance.

The sub has it's own amp and does not require power from the receiver's amp. Just hook it up to the sub-out rca on the receiver and you'll be fine.
One another thing: Don't forget to calibrate. Page 6 on your manual has a nice guide on how to calibrate.Receiver: harmankardon AVR235
