I have been using this club now for about two months, and so far I have found that 3 of my discs that I selected are no longer available, granted they are the SACD discs that are going fast. I also was supposed to have a disc shipped on the 19th of August, that I never received, and two of my discs are back ordered. Lastly, I have emailed customer service twice 3 days ago and yesterday, and still no reply. I searched on the website for a CS phone number but couldn't find one...

Anyone else having issues? or is it just me?

    No problems for me, other than a number of shattered cases delivered on arrival.

    I've also had issues with discs being taken off my list and backordered...

    No, I have gotten everything I ordered so far, but your post does not boad well for the future. Gee, maybe they will realize folks WANT SACD.

    At $5.99 a disc shipped, yes please. :D

    I haven't ordered from them for a while, but wouldn't be at all surprised that their success is leading to backordered merchandise in some cases. This venture alone has put BMG back to profitability. A lot of folks are taking advantage of it.

    They got me by the balls on this one. I don't want to fire them, as the price is to good, especially for SACD's. I have a feeling people are moving many of the SACD's to their cart, buying multiple and re-selling them. Oh well, if I can't have these two. By the way, I have received this notice on 3 other selections after having them in my Q.
    Will just have to wait for Mansons ACS 180g LP to come in..... :D
