Hey guys I just want to make sure that I am not doing damage to my speakers. It is an onkyo 520 from the 770 HTIB. I plan on upgrading to seperates soon, but as of now I do not have the money(damn power steering decided to go out on my 944 turbo). I do not normally listen loud with this system, although I do turn it up for some movies. My volume contol goes up to the number 67, even for loud movies I keep it under 45. Is this acceptible? Thanks for the help

I'm still using one for my Rs at about the same volume levels. Rarely, go above 45, doesn't distort. Been very decent.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
    Oppo BDP-83SE
