I need to get all the tools and materials to put in a system I know how to do it. For example the clips to put on the wires. Please help give me a site or store.

Ok, I want to splice a wire and join it together with another wire. I need a clamp of some sort so the moisture dont get in and the wire comes apart one guy says he puts the wire in and then uses pliers to clamp it down.

You probably want butt joint clip things and electrical tape if you want to waterproof them. You can get them at radio shack. Idealy you would use a crimper to crimp the clips but you could use pliers. They look like this:
