What is the difference between a mw6500 and the mw6600x. The mw6600x is also listed as a mw6501 on the web site parts list. I have located some used drivers that supposedly came from a pair of monitor 10's. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think that the 6600 is still available. A recent inquiry to Ken at Customer Service informed me that the replacement for the 6501 is the 6503, which is still available. You can always call polk at 800-377-7655 to verify if they have any specific drivers that you are looking for....

From recent threads, MW6503 replaces MW6500 and MW6501. Maybe MW6502 as well???

I remember the list of drivers now available as the following: The MW6503, MW6502, and the MW6510. The MW6502 driver is 4 ohm and the MW6503 and MW6510 are 6 ohm. I don't think the MW6503 would ever be a replacement for the MW6502. The MW6502 was made for a single driver cabinet and the MW6503 was made for a multiple driver setup (2 or more).
