We went to see BHTM at the Windjammer on the Isle of Palms last night...what a GREAT show and a great time. Many of you will remember BHTM from the early/mid 90's. The album 'Sister Sweetly' is a good album to have, listenable from start to finish.

It's great seeing a band like that in a small (VERY) small venue. It's also entertaining to watch kids who were toddlers when BHTM were really popular make complete asses of themselves in public.

I've always liked them. They are going to be in Knoxville (actually Maryville - a suburb) next weekend at a local Harley Davidson dealer. I am planning on attending.

    Troy,

Glad to see you enjoyed the show. I actually met the bass player (Rob Squires) through a friend at work when I lived in Denver. He was his brother-in-law. My friend got to see a couple of great shows of BHT at Red Rocks back stage.

Make a long story short, they are always jamming in Denver, and they are notorious for their New Years eve show at the Boulder Theater. My sister has seen 4 or 5 New Years eve shows and just absolutely loves them.

So naturally I have all their CD's, but I kinda got this feeling that they were more local, glad to see they are still touring. I love the lead singers voice.

BHTM is one the few truly great small venue bands around. For those who enjoy seeing groups in intimate settings, they need to be on your "must see" list.
