bass radiator in RTA11t

I just purchased another set of RTA11t speakers. One of the bass radiators' seams is pulling loose. I believe the part number is sw-81. It is the one with the bigger center portion. The web site list the sw-81 and sw-83 as the bass radiators. I compared it to the radiator on my Monitor 5's, which uses the sw-83, and it is not the same. I don't see the sw-81 as available on the web site. What can I do? Can I have 2 sw-83's instead? I put a bead of silicon on it to seal it but have not tried it yet.

Is there anyway to shield these speakers, maybe I can use the good one for my center speaker? Thanks for any help. Jeff

As for the passive radiator, all I can say is call Polk and talk to Ken S..
For the shielding, Polk sells bucking magnets for it. You have to epoxy one mag against the other in oppossing forces. This makes it a cylinder magnet which in turn is shielding the driver. I don't think I missed anything, I have a couple of speakers to do myself when I get time.
