Amazing Customer Service

I recently ordered a Denon DVD-1910 which upconverts video to 740p and 1080i using DVI out. So, to take advantage of this feature and the HD TV, I ordered a DVI-D to HDMI cable from Blue Jeans on sunday. The cable arrived to day and just as I am getting excited-BAM!! No video. The menus play but the video will cut out. I examine the cable and see 6 pins missing on the DVI side. So, I call Blue Jeans to inform them of the "broken" cable only to find out that it isn't supposed to have the 6 pins there. But, the conversation didn't stop there, the guy at Blue Jeans tried to diagnose my problem going as far as finding the specs on the TV and the DVD player. Well, we couldn't figure it out so the guy is now shipping a FREE cable to us just to make sure. They are also paying for the return shipping on the other cable!! This is amazing service seeing as how it is more than likely not even the cable's fault. Phew, took all that to simply say Blue Jeans Cable has extraordibary service and will be getting most if not all of my future cable purchases (Which I'm in the market for right now )
